Nico van Hertrooij

Nico van Hertrooij is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various sectors. Since November 1994, Nico has served as Business Unit Manager and Country Executive Director for Board & Executive Search at Mercuri Urval, overseeing commercial outcomes, client partnerships, and team management in Eindhoven. Prior experience includes serving as Coordinator of Training at the Nederlandse Sportbond voor mensen met een handicap from January 1986 to November 1994, where Nico developed international training programs and fostered relationships with sports organizations and educational institutions.
