Serena Scalzo

Serena Scalzo currently serves as Global Head of Delivery at Mercuri Urval, responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the Delivery Organisation and managing end-to-end executive search assignments across Europe and the US. Prior roles include Delivery Lead and Head of Global Delivery Community at Mercuri Urval, where collaboration with colleagues globally involved executive searches for senior professionals. Previous experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant and Operations Coordinator at Katie Bard, a Sales Assistant at Selfridges, and an Editorial Intern at Zest Media Group. Serena Scalzo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History and Archaeology from the University of Birmingham and was also engaged as Team Captain for the Ballroom and Latin American Dance Society at the university.
