Suhail Kazmi

Suhail Kazmi serves as the Team Director for India at Mercuri Urval since February 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Partner at Accord Group India from August 2014 to January 2022. In 2011, Suhail co-founded Friends of Ambition, a growth advisory firm focused on assisting enterprises in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns of Middle India. Prior experience includes roles as President of Retail Banking & Wealth Management at YES BANK Pvt Ltd and Region Head for South & West Retail Banking at ABN AMRO Bank. Suhail also has a background in branch banking as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America India and in sales and product management at Lakme India Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BA (H) in Economics from Kirori Mal College.
