Thomas Streveld

Thomas Streveld serves as Partner & Director and Managing Director at Mercuri Urval in Germany since April 1999. With a focus on Board & Executive consulting, Thomas specializes in talent management, management audits, executive assessments and coaching, executive onboarding, leadership development, and change management, providing comprehensive services to individuals, teams, and organizations. Prior to this, Thomas held positions as Sales Manager at Rosti A.P. Moeller Group from 1996 to 1999 and as Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe and the Middle East at Diehl BGT Defence between 1993 and 1996. Thomas holds a Dipl.-Ing. degree in Geodesy from the University of the German Federal Armed Forces Munich, obtained from 1983 to 1987.
