Jay Michals

Jay Michals has a diverse range of work experience in the energy and trading industry. Most recently, they served as the Head of US Trade Compliance at Mercuria Energy America, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as a Regulatory Compliance Manager at Motiva Enterprises LLC and as a Manager of Trading Compliance at Calpine. Jay also has experience in strategic planning and engineering, having worked as a Strategic Planning Engineer at ExxonMobil. Additionally, they have a background in virtual trading and consultancy, with roles as a Virtual Trader and Consultant at Boulder Trading, LLC and EPIC Merchant Energy. Jay also worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Appraiser at Yancey Hausman; G Teel Company.
