John Daily

John Daily is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Mercuria Energy America since June 2021, John has previously held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs from November 2018 to June 2021. Prior to that, John was Vice President of Origination at Calpine from 2009 to November 2018, and started a legal career as an Associate at Weil Gotshal and Manges from 2005 to 2009. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Texas School of Law, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Program of Liberal Studies, also from the University of Notre Dame.
