Mathias Tanner

Mathias Tanner has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mathias started their career in 2011 as a Private tutor for the Association des répétitoires Ajeta. In 2012, they worked as an IT Manager for Junior Entreprise Genève (JEG). From 2015 to the present, they served as a Company Commander in Schweizer Armee. In 2017, Mathias worked as an Agent de sécurité for Protectas SA. In 2018, they had a brief stint as a Stagiaire développeur java for caisse de compensation. In 2021, they joined BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as a Développeur Java DevOps Junior. In 2022, they worked as a React/Django Developer for WebEvolutions. Currently, they are a Junior Software Developer at Mercuria.

Mathias Tanner started their education at Collège Claparède from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained their Maturité Cantonale with a field of study in OS Espagnol. Mathias then attended the University of Geneva from 2011 to 2014, focusing on Computer Science and History. In 2017, Mathias pursued a BTS informatique de gestion at HEG, and subsequently completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Informatique de Gestion from 2017 to 2020 at the same institution. In 2020, they also briefly attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Information Systems. Furthermore, Mathias Tanner obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in October 2022.
