Yvette Owens

Yvette Owens has extensive work experience in the energy trading and commodities sector. Yvette began their career in 2001 as a Sr. Quantitative Analyst at Mirant Corporation, where they worked until 2007. Yvette then joined Merrill Lynch Commodity Inc as a Director of Market Risk, FRM, and held this position until 2015. In 2015, Yvette became the Head of Market Risk for North America at Mercuria Energy Trading S.A.

Yvette Owens earned their MBA in Energy Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they studied from 1999 to 2001.
