Naresh Peshwani

Naresh Peshwani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT solutions delivery, training, and talent development. Currently serving as the Delivery and Practice Head at Mercurius IT since June 2019, Naresh also operates as a freelance consultant and corporate trainer, specializing in Agile practices. Naresh holds a PMP certification and is an NLP Practitioner, having completed the ACTP from Results Coaching Systems. Naresh's prior role as Global Head of Training Delivery & Talent Development at HSBC Global Technology India focused on enhancing the skills of a large IT team, while earlier experience at L&T Infotech Ltd involved various managerial roles that spanned project and account management. Naresh possesses an engineering degree from Pune University and a Master's in Management Science.
