Erika Marion

Erika Marion has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Erika currently works at Mercury Broadband as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they had a role at Amazon, where they were a Program Manager from November 2022 to May 2023, and an Executive Assistant from July 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Amazon, Erika worked at Champaign Unit 4 Schools as a Director from May 2019 to June 2021. Erika also had previous experience at Cerner Corporation as an Executive Assistant from November 2017 to May 2019. Earlier in their career, Erika held roles at Champaign Unit 4 Schools, including Assistant Director from December 2015 to November 2017, and Site Director from August 2010 to December 2015. Erika also worked at Joseph H. Lierman Law Office as an Assistant/Secretary from May 2012 to December 2015. Through their various positions, Erika has gained valuable experience in executive support, program management, and educational leadership.

Erika Marion pursued their education at Eastern Illinois University from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational and Professional Development. Prior to this, Erika attended Parkland College from 2010 to 2015, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
