Guillermo Salazar has worked in the software engineering and web development fields since 2009. Guillermo began their career at Klicsolutions as a Web Developer. In 2011, they worked as a Web Developer for both GPanswers.com and PolicyPak Inc. At GPanswers.com, they were responsible for Joomla Development and Maintenance, Infusionsoft connections, and mobile api's. At PolicyPak Inc., their duties included Joomla modifications, custom built plugins, components and modules, and complete site administration. In 2014, they worked for The Web Craftsmen as a Web Developer, where they were involved in PHP Development, MongoDB, Wordpress customizations, JQuery plugins implementation, Server configuration, Google Maps API development, node.js and full stack developments. In 2015, they worked for both Mercury Wireless and wind2share. At Mercury Wireless, they were the Software Engineering Manager, where they were responsible for heading the Software Engineering department, which supported CERES, an in-house developed OSS/BSS platform. Guillermo also had hands on experience with hiring, coaching and growing teams, and supervised 10+ engineers, product management both domestic and off shore. At wind2share, they were a Project Manager, leading remote teams from Ukraine for a business 2 business platform developed with a Microsoft/ASP stack, AngularJs and mongoDB database. Guillermo also worked for Emprevet C.A. in 2012 as an Instructor.

Guillermo Salazar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Bicentenaria de Aragua between 2007 and 2013. Guillermo also obtained their High School Diploma from UBD Calicantina between 2002 and 2007, with a field of study in Sciences. In addition, they obtained a Mobile Apps Developer certification from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in October 2015, and an e-business Application Developer Program / Application Development certification from IBM.
