Karolina Banna

Karolina Banna is an accomplished banking and financial services professional with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as VP Product for Banking and Risk at Mercury since April 2025, Karolina previously held key leadership roles at Earnin as Head of Banking, Varo Bank as GM Retail Banking, and Kony, Inc. as VP Product, where products were created to enhance customer experiences in digital banking. Karolina's career includes a significant tenure as Chief Product Officer at Pivotus Ventures, focusing on innovative banking technologies, and as VP of Product at Metro Bank, the UK's first new High Street bank in over a century. Prior experience at Lloyds Banking Group and Deloitte UK further solidified Karolina's expertise in financial services. Karolina holds an MBA from London Business School and completed an exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley.
