Kevin Jacobi

Kevin Jacobi is a seasoned professional in relationship management and customer success, currently serving as the Head of Relationship Management and Head of Strategic Relationship Management at Mercury since January 2025. Previously, Kevin held the position of Head of Enterprise Customer Success at a Stealth Startup from February 2023 to July 2024, and served as a Senior Manager in Revenue Operations and Enterprise & Mid Market Account Management at DoorDash from May 2019 to November 2022, where notable accomplishments included leading multiple account management teams and achieving high attainment metrics. Kevin's earlier experience includes roles at Namely, where leadership extended to managing a large team and significant client portfolios, and at ADP, where a strong focus on client service and team performance was evident. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Rutgers University in 2012.
