Jefferson Allen

Jefferson Allen started their work experience in 1995 as an animator, digital ink and paint at WYSIWYG. In 1998, they joined Mercury Filmworks as a Compositing & FX Supervisor and later became a Compositing Supervisor. From 2003 to 2013, they worked as a Systems Administrator at Mercury Filmworks. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Technical Director until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Head of Studio at Mercury Filmworks. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Studio Operations at the same company.

Jefferson Allen attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2001 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Systems Administration. During this time, they studied various subjects including Computer Networking, Computer Hardware, and Computer Security. In addition to their formal education, Jefferson also obtained the certification "Leading Change - Online Program" from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in March 2021.
