Carl Livesay

Carl Livesay serves as the General Manager at Mercury Plastics Inc. since November 2020, overseeing the Baltimore location following the acquisition of Maryland Thermoform, Quake Scientific, and Candle Packaging USA. Livesay actively contributes as a Board Member for the Maryland World Class Manufacturing Consortium Ltd, focusing on operational excellence, and has been a member of the District Export Council since 2006, supporting U.S. National Export Initiatives. Additional roles include membership in InfraGard and an appointed position on the Governors Workforce Development Board, where Livesay acts as an advisor to the Secretary of the Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation. Prior experience includes serving as VP of Operations for Maryland Thermoform Corporation, Vice President Operations at Land Sea Air Manufacturing, Manufacturing Director for the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development, and COO at the Open Source Software Institute. Carl Livesay holds a certificate in Computer Programming from Yorktowne Business Institute.
