Danielle Daugherty is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mercury Systems since October 2012, Danielle collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategies with the company’s objectives, while also coaching managers on talent management. Previous positions at Mercury Systems include Human Resources Administrator, where responsibilities included executing internal marketing and managing employee communications, as well as a Buyer focusing on inventory management. Danielle's career began as a Dental Receptionist at Children's Dentistry and as a Customer Service Representative at Barnes & Noble, Inc. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Liberty University, completed in 2019.
