Dean Sovie

Dean Sovie is an accomplished Principal Hardware Engineer with extensive experience in electrical design and engineering. At Mercury Systems Inc. since March 2011, Dean leads sustaining engineering efforts. Previous roles include Contract Senior Electrical DVT Engineer at Sonus Networks for a brief period in 2010, and Electrical Design Advisor at Celestica Corporation where contributions included schematic and PWB creation for enterprise server applications utilizing AMD and Intel microprocessors. Dean's expertise also encompasses significant positions at Avici, Ellacoya Networks Inc., and Digital Equipment Corp. / Compaq Corp., with a focus on electrical hardware and design across various high-performance systems and components. Dean holds a degree from Northeastern University.
