Jessica Baxendale

Jessica Baxendale started their work experience as a Process Technician at NEOTech in December 2005, and later became a Production Control Manager in January 2014. In November 2017, they joined Ichor Systems, Inc. as a Production Planner until April 2019. After that, they worked at Precision Castparts as a Resource Planner from April 2019 to December 2022. From September 2019 to December 2022, they also worked at Ichor Systems Ltd as a Senior Program Manager. In November 2022, they became the Manager of the Program Management Office at Ichor Systems Ltd and held the position until September 2023. Then, they joined Relativity Space as a Staff Material Program Manager from September 2023 to January 2024. Currently, Jessica is working at Mercury Systems as a Principal Master Scheduler, starting in January 2024.

Jessica Baxendale earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Information Technology from Western Nevada College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the College of the Siskiyous from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued Information System studies. In addition, they obtained a certification in The 5S System from Nevada Industry Excellence in 2015.
