Marko Labudovic

Marko Labudovic, Ph.D., is a senior aerospace and defense executive with over 30 years of leadership experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Mercury Systems, Marko leads a matrixed engineering organization focused on operational excellence and innovation. Previously, Marko held key roles at Elbit Systems of America, overseeing significant project portfolios and driving revenue growth of over $1.5 billion. Marko also has experience in biotechnology operations and telecommunications engineering, having worked with companies such as Cytonome, Corning Incorporated, and Optovia Corporation, and earned an education from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management.
