Mike Caffelle

Mike Caffelle has extensive experience in finance, holding senior positions in various organizations since 1996. Currently serving as Sr. Director and BU CFO for Signal Technologies at Mercury Systems since July 2017, previous roles include Sr. Director of Finance for Mixed Signal and Director of Finance for the Signal Solutions Business Unit. Prior to Mercury Systems, a consulting role was held at Bottomline Technologies, and significant leadership experience was gained at J-Pac Medical as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Additional roles at Microsemi Corporation, Prysm, Inc., Aegis Lightwave, Inc., Freescale Semiconductor, Tektronix, and Syratech further demonstrate a strong track record in financial management and operations. Mike Caffelle holds a Master's degree in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
