Suzanne Maddux

Suzanne Maddux has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Suzanne is currently the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Mercury Systems, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of Operations and Site Executive at Raytheon Technologies from 2020 to 2023, where they were responsible for managing over 800 employees and leading various operational initiatives. Suzanne also held multiple roles at Raytheon from 2001 to 2020, including Director of Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Sr. Manager, Subcontracts, Supply Chain Sr. Manager, Sourcing Strategy & Affordability, Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst, Factory Manager, and Production Control Manager. Suzanne has also worked at Danaher as a Quality Manager and Cascade Engineering as a Manufacturing Engineer. With their diverse background and extensive experience, Suzanne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role in supply chain management.

Suzanne Maddux earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001.
