Vinny Tuccillo

Vinny Tuccillo is a highly experienced leader in manufacturing process engineering and operational excellence, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Manufacturing Process Engineering at Mercury Systems since August 2023. Prior to this role, Vinny held various executive positions, including VP of Global Vertiv Operating System at Vertiv and EMS Americas Lean/Six Sigma Leader at Jabil, where efforts focused on deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. With a long tenure at Honeywell, Vinny advanced through multiple roles, ultimately achieving the position of Sr. Director of HR Services Program Management Office, managing significant budgets and driving productivity improvements. Vinny's background also includes consultancy work at Gravity Associates and leadership of an HOA, emphasizing community engagement and strategic negotiations.
