Neal Debono

Neal Debono is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and operational leadership. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Mercury Towers by Zaha Hadid Architects since October 2022, Neal previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Xara Collection from October 2021 to November 2022. Neal has also contributed to IHG Hotels & Resorts as Cluster General Manager and Cluster Hotel Manager from January 2019 to October 2021. Prior roles include Deputy General Manager at Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa from January 2015 to January 2019 and Director of Operations at Grand Hotel Excelsior Malta from September 2010 to December 2014. Neal Debono holds a Master of Business Administration from Henley Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Leicester.
