Bell Tran-Nguyen

Bell Tran-Nguyen possesses extensive experience in credit control, business ownership, and hospitality management. Currently serving as a Credit Control specialist at Mercury NZ since May 2022, Bell focuses on maximizing debt recovery and managing payment negotiations. A former Business Owner at District 5 from January 2016 to August 2021, Bell maintained regulatory compliance and fostered strong vendor relationships. Additionally, experience includes roles as Hospitality Manager and Front Of House staff, where Bell enhanced customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previous positions also involve internships in international education coordination and early roles in customer service and marketing.
