Mercy Care
Taliyah S. is an experienced analyst and care manager at Mercy Care since August 2021, where responsibilities include supporting high-cost, high-needs members. Previously, Taliyah worked as a case manager at Resilient Health, managing a caseload of over 40 clients, and served as a front office assistant, coordinating psychiatric appointments and supervising staff. Taliyah's earlier experience includes significant roles at California State University, Monterey Bay as a police officer and community service officer, contributing to campus safety and emergency management. Taliyah also has a background in lifeguarding with California State Parks and serves at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. as a host. Taliyah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Social Work from California State University, Monterey Bay.
Mercy Care
Mercy Care is a not-for-profit health plan serving AHCCCS members throughout Arizona. Owned by Dignity Health and Ascension Health, Mercy Care has served Medicaid members since 1985. Mercy Care provides access to health care services for families, children, seniors, and people with physical and developmental/cognitive disabilities. Mercy Care also operates as the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) in Maricopa County, which was the first RBHA in Arizona to offer integrated physical and behavioral health services to persons determined to have a serious mental illness.
