The Leadership Team at Mercy Care is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the operational effectiveness of the organization. Comprising the Interim President & CFO, Chief Mission Officer, and executive leadership from the Mercy Care Foundation, the team collaborates to uphold the mission of providing exceptional medical care to all, while fostering a culture of compassion and community engagement. They focus on aligning resources, enhancing service delivery, and expanding access to healthcare for underserved populations.
