Erik Lewis Morales

Erik Lewis Morales currently serves as the Director of Nursing Student Engagement & Success at Mercy University, a position held since September 2019, where responsibilities include planning events for the School of Nursing and supporting faculty in selecting commencement awards. Previous roles at Mercy University include Nursing Operations Manager for Student Affairs and Assistant Director of PACT, focusing on student advising and retention efforts. Erik has also gained experience as a Temporary University Specialist at the University of Connecticut-Stamford, and various graduate assistant roles at the University of Bridgeport, enhancing skills in admissions, campus activities, and student mentorship. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Counseling with a concentration in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Bridgeport.
