Andrea Kajakdjian

Andrea Kajakdjian is a seasoned professional in grant coordination and project management, currently serving as Senior Grants Coordinator at Mercy Corps since June 2023. Previously held the position of Regional Grant Development Senior Officer at Handicap International - Humanity & Inclusion, where high-quality proposals were developed for fundraising across Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, and Palestine. From March 2020 to October 2022, Andrea worked at Caritas Lebanon, initially as GBV Project Coordinator, focusing on protective services for at-risk populations, and subsequently as Program Development and Reporting Coordinator. Early career roles included legal research assistance and community development positions, along with experience in training on leadership and human rights advocacy. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Law from the American University of Armenia and additional qualifications in International Criminal Law and Social Sciences.
