Diana Faraj

Diana Faraj, PHRi, has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Mercy Corps since March 2017, where leadership of the HR function in Jordan and compliance with donor regulations and internal policies are central responsibilities. Diana has progressed through various HR roles at Mercy Corps, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Coordinator, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and staff development. Previously, Diana worked at Premier Lending, Inc. managing HR functions including employee relations and performance management. Diana's career began with an internship as a Research Analyst at IMC-Research, where responsibilities included market research and curriculum coordination. Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Psychology from the Lebanese American University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
