Godwin Oji

Godwin Oji is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in finance and compliance across various international organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Compliance at Mercy Corps since February 2019, Godwin oversees financial management, budgeting, and grant compliance. Prior to this role, Godwin worked as the Country Financial Controller for Concern Worldwide, where responsibilities included compliance, financial reporting, and staff management. Experience also includes serving as Director of Finance and Administration for MyAgro in Mali and Senegal, and Finance Manager at Brook, a UK-based health charity. Godwin began the career as an Enterprise Resource Planning Manager at MTN Benin. Educational qualifications include membership in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics and Marketing from University College of Wales Aberystwyth.
