Mary Nzaumi

Mary Nzaumi is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in managing procurement and logistics functions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Officer at Mercy Corps since April 2019, Mary oversees and manages procurement processes to support program activities. Previously, Mary held the position of Senior Procurement Officer at ICIPE, where responsibilities included supporting the Procurement Manager in acquiring goods and services for research initiatives. Mary also contributed significantly as a Supply Chain Officer at Save the Children International, leading the procurement and dispatch of medical and nutrition supplies under major funding programs, and has held earlier roles as a Procurement Assistant. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Purchasing and Supplies Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Higher Diploma in the same field from the Kenya Institute of Management.
