Stephanie Schlecht

Stephanie Schlecht currently serves as the Executive Director of Schlecht Family Foundation Inc. since June 2017 and works at Mercy Corps as a Proposal and Impact Report Writer since February 2021, after previously holding roles including Deputy Director of Corporate Partnerships and Director of Communications Strategy. With extensive experience in communications and sustainability, Stephanie held positions such as Associate Communications Officer at The David and Lucile Packard Foundation and Director of Marketing at Give Something Back. In earlier roles, Stephanie developed programs at Thunderbird Lincoln Center for Ethics and contributed to research for the World Bank with AccountAbility. Additionally, professional training includes an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility and International Development from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from Indiana University Bloomington.
