Thulile Linda

Thulile Linda is an experienced Talent Management professional currently serving as the Global Intern Program and Talent Project Manager at Mercy Corps since July 2021. In this role, Thulile manages talent projects and supports leadership succession planning and career development initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership and global teams. Previous experience includes serving as a Regional Coordinator for Technovation, mentoring young girls in technology entrepreneurship, and holding various roles in talent acquisition and management across different organizations including Edcon and Adcorp Group. Thulile's educational background includes an Executive Masters in Global Affairs and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Africa.
