Melinda Dankanich

Melinda Dankanich is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition at Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic since 2023. Prior to this role, Melinda held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition at Tower Health from December 2017 to January 2023, where a leadership reduction led to the elimination of that role. Melinda's extensive background includes experience as a Troop Leader for the Girl Scouts of the USA, a Program Manager and Branch Manager at AMN Healthcare, and a Senior Nurse Recruiter at The Reading Hospital & Medical Center. Melinda began their career as an Account Manager at The Judge Group and as a Personal Placement Consultant at Medstaff, Inc. Melinda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
