Sarah Steahly

Sarah Steahly is a seasoned professional in safety and emergency preparedness with a focus on environmental health and safety programs. Currently serving as the Safety and Emergency Preparedness Coordinator at Mercy Flights, Inc. since July 2022, Sarah previously held the position of Safety, Health, and Wellness Manager at Oregon Shakespeare Festival, where responsibilities included managing safety programs and promoting a culture of health. Sarah has also contributed to workplace safety as a Workplace Violence Specialist and Occupational Safety Specialist at Loma Linda University Health. Educational credentials include a Doctoral degree in Health Policy and Leadership, a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health, and dual bachelor's degrees in International Rescue and Relief and Second Language Studies (Spanish) from Union Adventist University.
