Jonathan Frappier serves as the Senior Director of Philanthropic Strategy for Mercy For Animals since April 2025, where responsibilities include shaping philanthropic strategies and securing significant donor contributions to support the mission of ending industrial animal agriculture. Previously, Jonathan held leadership positions at Farm Sanctuary and The Humane League, achieving notable successes such as a 22% increase in major donor giving and launching new prospect research programs. Additional experience includes executive roles at Material Innovation Initiative, Oshun Mountain Sanctuary, Savannah College of Art and Design, Emory University, The A.C.T. Conservatory, Flat Rock Playhouse, and co-founding The Magnetic Field. Jonathan holds a B.F.A. in Acting from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts.
