Kelcey Meadows-Lucas, CFRE has extensive experience in philanthropy and fundraising for animal advocacy organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Philanthropy Officer at Mercy For Animals, Kelcey has also worked at The Humane Society of the United States in various roles.
