Bruce Robinson

Bruce Robinson is an experienced provider recruiter with over 18 years in the healthcare recruitment field, currently serving as the Provider Recruiter for Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois. In this role, Bruce contributes to a nonprofit regional health system celebrating its centennial in 2023. Over the course of a dynamic career, Bruce has held various leadership positions in provider recruitment, including roles at The Great Falls Clinic, CHI St. Alexius Health, and Christ Community Health Services Memphis, where Bruce has successfully recruited clinical staff and stabilized physician enterprises during challenging times. Additionally, Bruce founded Spero to provide executive coaching to professionals in their careers. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Bob Jones University.
