Colin Morgan-Cross has extensive experience in real estate development and policy analysis, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Development at Mercy Housing since March 2013, overseeing housing projects in Washington State. Previous roles at Mercy Housing include Director and Associate Director of Real Estate Development, where responsibilities encompassed project management, financing, and local housing policy evaluation. Prior to this, Colin worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington, contributing to various research initiatives on poverty alleviation and public housing redevelopment. Experience also includes internships with the King County Council and the Municipal League of King County, as well as leadership positions at Geel Community Services, Inc. Colin holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University.
