Darlene Evans

Darlene Evans, CPC, currently serves as the Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Mercy Housing since January 2022. Prior to this role, Darlene held positions as the National Training Manager at Mercy Housing and worked as a Leadership & Career Development Consultant for startups and small businesses at Leadership Kiosk, LLC from June 2019 to January 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Customer Service at Volt Mobility of Arvada for a brief period in 2020 and various roles at OppenheimerFunds from August 2008 to June 2019, including Assistant Vice President and Manager in Learning and Development. Darlene holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and a certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, along with education from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
