Felix R. Matlock, Jr. is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Resident Services at Mercy Housing Lakefront since October 2006, overseeing supportive housing services for nearly 10,000 residents across 52 properties with a budget exceeding $4 million.
