Jackie Lorens Harris

Jackie Lorens Harris is a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and resident services, currently serving as the Regional Director of Resident Services at Mercy Housing since January 2021, overseeing high-quality programs across ten Permanent Supportive Housing properties. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at Chicago Lights, where Jackie held roles as Director and Program Development Manager, focusing on program management, expansion, and partnership development to enhance housing and employment opportunities. Jackie also contributed to community service as a board member, including roles as President and Vice President at Blue Sky Bakery & Cafe, and held operations and volunteer management positions at St. Vincent de Paul Parish and Sacred Heart House. Jackie holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from DePaul University and a Certificate in Gerontology from The Ohio State University.
