Jonathan Smith

Jonathan Smith is a seasoned housing development professional with extensive experience in the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as a Housing Developer I at Mercy Housing since January 2025, Jonathan previously held roles at Bellwether Housing, including Housing Developer and Housing Development Associate, from August 2017 to January 2025. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Seattle's Union Gospel Mission, managing programs and coordinating administrative tasks from October 2015 to August 2017. Jonathan's earlier experience includes a Community Development Finance Associate position at Weave Social Finance LLC and various roles focused on community engagement and research within urban leadership and philanthropic partnerships.
