Todd Stuller

Todd Stuller has extensive experience in IT project coordination and management, currently serving as IT Project Coordinator III at Mercy Housing since April 2024. Previously, Todd held the role of Help Desk Manager at Jonathan Rose Companies, where leadership of a technical team resulted in significant annual savings through strategic audits. During a nine-year tenure at Mercy Housing as Director of IT - Support Services, Todd oversaw operations for the IT Department and transformed service delivery by implementing an in-house Service Desk model, achieving high customer satisfaction. Todd also served as IT Manager at ESM, building a service desk for 1,500 staff members, and has a solid foundation in desktop support from senior roles at HP and WorldCom. Todd began a career in technology in the United States Air Force, contributing to communication and data systems. Todd holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Mercer County Community College.
