Ryan Jay

Ryan Jay, RACR, serves as a Brand Ambassador for Toppling Goliath Brewing Co. since May 2024, promoting the brand at events in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area and educating consumers on its history. Concurrently, Ryan has been a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Mercy Medical Center since July 2021, coordinating recruitment strategies to fill departmental staffing needs. Ryan's previous experience includes roles as a Route Sales Representative and Brand Representative at Kalona Brewing Company, as well as human resources positions at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. and Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Northern Iowa and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Hawkeye Community College.
