Thomas Wilcox

Thomas Wilcox, CISSP, serves as the Vice President of Security Strategy at Pax8 since June 2025, bringing extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership. Wilcox has been a Board Member on the Cyber Security Board at Mercy Medical Center since May 2019, overseeing cybersecurity preparedness. Prior roles include Senior Director of Security and Compliance (CISO) at Hyperproof from October 2022 to June 2025, President & CISO at MCI from August 2021 to August 2022, and Co-Founder, Chief Technical Officer, and CISO at Involta from January 2000 to November 2020. An alumnus of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Wilcox also holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional designation from ISC2.
