Keshia Ross

Keshia Ross, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Development Manager for Mercy Ships, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Keshia held the position of Director of Development at Alexandria Country Day School from July 2018 to June 2023, during which $1.7 million was raised, resulting in a 104% increase in Annual Fund revenue and a 91% increase in special event revenue, benefiting 215 students and their families. From December 2013 to June 2017, Keshia worked at the United Way of Southern Kentucky as the Director of Community Impact, overseeing a $1 million Local Fund Distribution to 50 community programs. Keshia also held roles at the same organization as Manager of Donor Relations, and her earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at Wright Medical and a Senior Auditor at EY. Keshia earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from Murray State University.
