Carah Lowery

Carah Lowery is an accomplished Operations Specialist and Project Manager with expertise in workforce strategy, currently serving at Mercy since February 2024. With over a decade of service in the United States Air Force, key roles included IMA to NCOIC of Student Operations at the International Officer School and supervisor positions in Force Management and Personnel Systems. Carah successfully directed and led various programs, implemented performance metrics, and improved operational efficiency across multiple departments. Noteworthy achievements include resolving critical errors in Enterprise Resource Planning systems and ensuring accurate records for organizational goals. Additional experience includes serving as Clinical Care Performance Program Manager at WellMed Medical Management and Quality Assurance Specialist at Air Evac Lifeteam. Carah holds an MBA from Webster University and multiple degrees from Missouri Baptist University and Community College of the Air Force.
