Sarah Schlemmer Rdn

Sarah Schlemmer RDN, LD, MA has extensive experience in nutritional care and education, currently serving as the Manager of Clinical Nutrition at Mercy since July 2014. In this role, Sarah oversees various initiatives including nutrition care plans, community education, and support groups, while collaborating with medical staff and participating in committees focused on malnutrition and health improvement. In addition, Sarah is a Partner at Juice Plus, a Consultant for Beautycounter, and held previous roles such as Customer Service Associate at Victoria's Secret and Camp Counselor for the American Diabetes Association. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Human Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, both from Southeast Missouri State University, along with a Dietetic Internship at the same institution.
