Taylor Rhoades

Taylor Rhoades is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the medical field. Currently serving as the Program Director for Responsible AI at Mercy, Taylor oversees the adoption of AI tools and governance frameworks. Taylor has also fulfilled roles focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and operational management, driving service line growth and clinical excellence. Prior positions include Director of Imaging/Cardiology Services at Duncan Regional Hospital and Manager of Medical Imaging at Miriam Hospital. Taylor holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medical Technology from the University of the Incarnate Word.
